Opening statement:
"Give Wofford credit. They played a good football game. I knew it was going to be hard on us offensively because they've played really well, defensively all year. They have done that all year. But we made way too many self-inflicted mistakes. When it happens like that, and that much, it's not those kids fault. For some reason it's not getting through, and I've got to do a better job with that."
 
On Heading into the Offseason:
"I told them in the locker room after the game that it's fourth and one every freaking day you show up in that building (during the offseason). Because I don't think we truly understand the intensity and effort it takes to always compete at the highest level. That falls right back on me. We do it in spurts, and that's not good enough. When things aren't exactly like, we've seen them, we don't know how to handle it and do it right."
