First Look
The Chattanooga Mocs and Furman Paladins Saturday square off Saturday at Finley Stadium. It's the home finale as well as Salute to Heroes Day. The Mocs ticket office is offering a free GA ticket for all active and veteran military as well as first responders in the area.
 
Kickoff is at Noon on the Southern Conference television package. It broadcasts on ESPN+ and the Nexstar stations around the league as well as locally over the airwaves on the Mocs Sports Network (WFLI 96.1 FM, 100.3 FM & 1070 AM) and online via GoMocs.com and the Varsity Network app.

Comparing the Season
The first five games, Chattanooga was 1-4. The last four, 3-1. Other than taking two top 10 programs out of the equation and a ranked FBS program, the Mocs analytics have seen a shift as the team continues to come together and evolve as a unit. Here's a simple breakdown.

• Scoring Defense: -9.0 (25.0/24.0)
• Total Offense: +68.1 (423.3/355.2)
• Total Defense: -46.5 (369.5/416.0)
• Pass Offense: +67.0 (219.8/152.8)
• Rush Defense: -50.4 (147.8/198.2)

 
Another drastic turnaround comes from turnovers. The Mocs had a -5 turnover margin through five games with four gained against losing nine. That's flipped to +2 with five gained and just three given up over the last four.
 
3 Notes to Know

• This weekend marks the 50th career game for safety Kaelin Drakeford. It's his 10th in the Scenic City with 40 at Eastern Illinois.
• One of two schools in FCS (Sacramento State) with four different 100-yard rushers in a game this season: Durant (Stetson/at VMI), Orth (Stetson), Wyche (Stetson) & Solomon Locke (at Samford). Ryan Ingram is on the clock. In his last two games against Furman playing for Wofford, he topped that threshold with 42 career carries against the Paladins for 231 yards and two scores.
• CB KJ Sejour needs one PBU for 10 on the season. He needs two to crack the top 10 all-time last done by Jordan Jones (11) in 2019.

Clear Bag Policy
There is a clear bag policy in place for all Mocs athletics events. Fans are allowed to bring in one plastic, vinyl or PVC clear bag that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" to home games at Finley Stadium. Check it out here.
