Senior Garrett Engle and sophomore Camden Braidech are Southern Conference co-Golfers of the Week the league announced on Wednesday afternoon. The duo shared medalist honors the day prior at the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate at Mid Pines Inn and Golf Club.
 
The pair led the Mocs to a 23-shot win as they blitzed the field with an 18-under 270 final round. The 3-day total of 25 under (839) is the fifth best team score vs par in school history. It was a great team performance with four student-athletes earning top 10 positions.
 
They were paced by a consistent Engle and Braidech. Engle turned in rounds of 70, 70 and 69 to methodically earn his spot atop the leaderboard including finishing with a stellar sand save on his 54th hole. The 209 is a new career low total.
 
Braidech decided to end on the spectacular. His opening cards of 70 and 72 were followed with 67 for his 7 under week. That final card was near perfect as he tallied six birdies, 11 pars a just a solitary bogey. His final tally is a new collegiate best vs par.
 
This is the fourth time this season the Mocs captured the Golfer of the Week Award, Braidech's second. His first came Oct. 16 after his win at the Qubein Cup. Carson Johnson won it two weeks later on Oct. 30. The last was also co-winners with Braedon Wear and Ethan Whitaker coming off they shared medalist honors at the Bentwater Intercollegiate in February.

Also, really pumped to see G get his first collegiate win. He didn't have his best stuff over those last nine holes, but he competed and battled and got it done. What to Know

• Engle recorded 15 birdies which tied for 2nd most in the field.
• Engle played par or better on 46 of 54 holes (85.2%).
• Braidech registered 12 birdies & 37 pars with just five bogeys.
• Braidech scored par or better on 90.7 percent of his holes (49/54).
• First time in school history with the Mocs having four different student-athletes credited with tins on the season. Just the second time with different medalist in three different events (Braidech-Qubein Cup/Wear_Whitaker-Bentwater Int/Braidech_Engle-Ross Coll.).
