It's Tuesday of game week so it's press conference day for the Chattanooga Mocs. The squad is preparing for its season opener this weekend at Memphis. Coach
Rusty Wright began the proceedings followed by student-athletes from both sides of the ball. Linebacker
Zion Rutledge represented the defense, while guard
Tyrell Ragland spoke for the offense.

Breaking Down the Speakers
- Wright is the third Chattanooga ball coach to lead the program to five consecutive winning seasons. This year, he could become the first with six. The others with five? CFB Hall of Famer Scrappy Moore (1939-42, '45) and Russ Huesman (2012-16).
- DYK? Rutledge is a 2-time state champion wrestler winning Georgia Class 7A hardware in 2022 and 2023 at 220 lbs.
- Ragland is the only returning Moc to start all 12 games a year ago.
