First Look
The Chattanooga Mocs completed the opening 18 holes at the Mason Rudolph Championships Friday afternoon. The ladies combined to shoot 294 on the Vanderbilt Legends Club's South Course. That puts Chattanooga in 11th. That's one stroke behind Louisville in 10th and five clear of Georgia Southern in 12th.
 
Breakdown

• Violeta Fernandez-Tagle led the group with a 1-under 70. She was supported by Giulia Foresta's 74 and 75s by Chloe Stevenazzi and Kera Healey.
• 2 over at the turn today (holes 10-18). Was 4 over through 15 but dropped six shots on final three holes.
• Played 4 under on the par 5s (4.67 average). That includes a 3-under total on 18 which was the team's ninth hole today.
• 11 birdies on the counting cards with a team-high five by Fernandez-Tagle. Olivia Wood was right behind with four.
