Postgame Quotes
Dan Earl, Head Coach
Opening thoughts after 90-72 victory at Western Carolina.
"I'm very proud of the guys in that we talked about how this would be kind of war, and I know it's just talking, but it's about finding yourself and coming out with that look and energy. I thought the guys competed hard today, but I mostly enjoyed looking around in the huddles and seeing a level of confidence that hasn't quite been there since the summer before things started. That confidence helps in making enough plays down the stretch to pull it out. We can comment about the rebounding, obviously, but I'm proud of the guys. Six guys in double figures is certainly nice to see, and really nice to see Collin have a big impact on the game as well."

Collin Mulholland, R-So., F
Initial thoughts after today's win over WCU.
"Yeah, that felt pretty good. To get our third win in a row, it feels like we're getting some momentum. It really helps boost everyone's confidence, especially when everyone came in and contributed. We're getting a little bit closer to where we need to be, but this does feel good. The bank also felt pretty good, but it was more of just betting back in that rhythm and making a major impact on the outcome."

On dealing with lasting injury.
"It's been a tough year, for sure. Obviously, dealing with the injury and not really having the chance to get in the flow of things has been tough. It's nice to finally get back in a rhythm and have the chance to play inside as well as outside. 'Whatever the team needs' has always been the motto and mindset across the board."
