Men’s Golf Opens Play Sunday in South Carolina

Camden Braidech

Camden Braidech and the Chattanooga Mocs return to the Colleton River Collegiate Sunday facing another solid field.

Overview
The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team makes one of their favorite annual treks to the Low Country of South Carolina. It's Colleton River Collegiate week on the Colleton River Dye Course. The 15-team event is a 2-day, 54-hole affair starting with 36 holes Sunday and ending with Monday's final 18.

Quotable
"Really excited to be back at Colleton. One of my personal favorites each year. We have awesome host families that our guys have developed relationships with, and the event and golf course is world class." – Coach Blaine Woodruff on the return trip to Colleton River

"I feel like we've been steadily building, but I'm tired of saying that. We've put in the work and have done what we need to do to prepare. Now it's time to play confident and convicted from the second the first tee shot is hit until all 54 holes are finished. We've had great stretches but I'm tired of great stretches. It's time we put it together for 54 holes and leave it all out there. It's a privilege to have this challenge each week, not a burden." – Woodruff on putting together a complete performance
