Overview
The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is fourth after round one of the Chris Banister Invitational. The ladies recorded 306 which is just three behind Indiana State in second and one shy of Longwood in third. Seton Hall is one behind the Mocs in fifth.

Notes

• Bugg carded an impressive level-par 72. She had two birdies, 14 pars and two bogeys on a difficult day to score. How difficult? The average score was 79.26.
• Bugg's 72 is one of just six par or better cards over the first 18. Bradley's Caroline McConnell is the individual leader with 70 (-2).
• Bugg's two birdies tied for the team lead with Pauliukonyte and Cooper. The counting cards managed just five with all coming on the second side.
• Was 12 over at the turn but cut it in half over the second nine.
• 2 under on the par 5 17th and then parred out 18.
• Monday's second round begins at 11:15 a.m., off the first hole. Cooper leads off followed every nine minutes by Pauliukonyte, Wells, Healey and Bugg.
