2026-27 Roster | 2026-27 Season Ticket Information

CHATTANOOGA (July 22, 2026) –The Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball program and head coach Dan Earl have finalized its roster ahead of the upcoming 2026-27 season, welcoming 11 total newcomers to the Scenic City between transfer portal additions, international signees and early signing period additions.
 
The next edition of Chattanooga basketball will feature a heavy international flare with four student-athletes on the roster who reside overseas, including a trio of newcomers who are all first-time student-athletes within the NCAA ranks after playing professionally across Europe and Australia.
 
In addition to the new signees, the 17-player roster features six returners in Zach Bleshoy (G), Josh Bowman (F/C), Sean Cusano (G/F), Tate Darner (G), Houston Holland (G) and Liam Vitters (G/F) while also welcoming newcomer big man John Fleeman (C) who signed with UTC during the early signing period last November.

- Averaged 16.9 PPG, 5.5 RPG, 5.3 APG and 1.4 SPG in 2025-26… shot 51.3% (179-349 FG)… 30.8% (8-26) from 3FG… 73.5% (158-215) from FT… 1.7 A/TO ratio.
- Appeared in 65 games during TRC career and finished with 1,025 points, 377 rebounds, 289 assists and 80 steals.

#2 - Anthony Swift - F / 6-7 / 210 / 4th Year - Las Vegas, Nevada (Nebraska Kearney)
- Transfers to Chattanooga after spending last two seasons at DII's Nebraska Kearney.
- Made 28 appearances at UNK last season… averaged 12.9 PPG, 6.9 RPG, and 1.0 APG… shot 48.0% (132-275) FG… 41.8% (46-110) from 3FG… 76.5% (52-68) from FT.
- Recorded double-digit scoring efforts in 20 of the 28 appearances… season-high 27 points (12-15 FG; 3-4 3FG) against Concordia-St. Paul in November of 2025.

#3 - Tre Powell - G / 6-0 / 170 / 3rd Year - Mount Laurel, N.J. (Goldey-Beacom)
- Transfers to Chattanooga after spending last two seasons at DII's Goldey-Beacom… led GBC to first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 2026.
- NABC All-East Region (2nd Team), D2CCA All-East Region (2nd Team) and All-Central Athletic Conference (1st Team) in 2026.
- Led GBC to a school record 21 victories in 2026… averaged 19.4 PPG, 3.5 APG, 3.4 RPG for the year… shot 47.8% (188-393) FG; 41.5% (66-159) 3FG; 82.8% (178-215) FT.
- Finished GBC career 15th all-time in program history in scoring (968 points)… 620 points scored in 2026 were second most in a single-season in program history.
 
#18 - Yonatan Levy - F / 6-10 / 260 / 3rd Year - Hod Hasharon, Israel (Pepperdine)
- Transfers to Chattanooga after spending last season at DI Pepperdine… opened collegiate career at DI Green Bay in 2024-25.
- Appeared in all 32 games and made 28 starts for the Waves last season… averaged 5.2 PPG, 4.2 RPG and 1.7 APG while shooting 45.5% FG (60-132).
- Joined Green Bay midway through the 2024-25 season during rookie campaign… played 13 games with 11 starts… averaged 7.8 PPG, 6.1 RPG and 2.6 APG.
 
#44 - Tyler Houser - F / 6-9 / 255 / 4th Year - Camp Hill, Pa. (Delaware)
- Transfers to Chattanooga after spending last two seasons at DI Delaware… missed final four games last season due to injury… missed entire prior 2024-25 season due to injury… opened collegiate career at SoCon-member VMI in 2022-23… spent two seasons with the Keydets.
- Named to 2023 SoCon All-Freshman Team during rookie season at VMI… averaged 10.8 PPG and 5.0 RPG over 32 games (26 starts) that season… 20 double-digit scoring efforts.
- Played and started all 26 games for Delaware last season… 33.4 MPG, 14.2 PPG and 5.4 RPG… 24 points/10 rebounds vs. UNCG in November… 12 points/11 boards vs. Iona in December.
 
International Signings (3)
#5 – Kobe McDowell-White - G / 6-0 / 190 / 1st Year – Brisbane, Australia (Cairns Marlins – NBL1)
- Joins the Chattanooga program as an international signee from Brisbane, Australia… most recently competed with Cairns Basketball (Marlins) of the NBL1 North Conference.
- Named the 2026 NBL1 North Youth Player of the Year on July 22, 2026… named NBL1 North Foot Locker Player of the Week (Round 12) on July 7, 2026… averaged 26 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists in consecutive games
- Averaged 15.2 points, 6.4 rebounds and 8.5 assists in 32.0 minutes per game over 15 contests in 2025-26… four 20-plus point scoring efforts… season-high 33 points on July 4, 2026, against the North Gold Coast Seahawks.
 
#12 - Lenny Anigbata - G/F / 6-7 / 200 / 1st Year - Munich, Germany (MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg - German BBL)
- Joins the Chattanooga program as an international signee from Munich, Germany… played for MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg of the German BBL.
- Played two seasons for FC Bayern (2021-23) and Porsche Ludwigsburg (2023-25) in the German Pro B league beginning at age 17.
- Appeared in 92 total games across four seasons within the German league… totaled 616 points, 304 rebounds and 85 assists with 77 3FGM.
- Brother Alec Anigbata (6-8, F) will suit up for Big 12-member Utah as a first-year player in 2026-27.
 
#33 - Yssam Moungalla - G / 6-6 / 170 / 1st Year - Paris, France (AS Monaco)
- Joins the Chattanooga program as an international signee from Paris, France… most recently played for AS Monaco of the France Betclic Elite League… 100 career games played between the Betclic Elite and U21 Elite League in France.
- Averaged 15.9 PPG, 5.0 RPG, 1.9 APG, 1.3 SPG over 30 games for AS Monaco U21 (U21 Elite League) in 2025-26… shot 47.8% FG (153-320), 45.7% 3FG (105-230), 77.0% FT (67-87).
- Posted 13.9 PPG, 6.7 RPG, 2.3 APG, 1.6 SPG over 29 games for Paris Basketball U21 (U21 Elite League) in 2024-25.

- Joins the Chattanooga program as a walk-on… local product from nearby Boyd Buchanan School.
- Named 2026 TSSAA Division II-A District 2 Player of the Year... Times Free Press "Best of Preps" honoree.
- Led Boyd Buchanan to the TSSAA DII-A semifinals during senior season in 2026... deepest postseason run for the program since 1996.
- Finished scholastic career with more than 1,500 points... third on all-time scoring list in school history... averaged 14 PPG, 8 RPG, 3 APG and 1.5 BPG.
 
#11 - Christian Matos - G / 6-3 / 165 / 1st Year - Philadelphia, Pa. (Sunrise Christian Academy)
- Joins the Chattanooga program as scholastic signee… competed for Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kan… Nike EYBL Scholastic.
- Four-star prospect for class of 2026… according to ESPN, ranked as No. 2 overall prospect in Kansas… No. 21 nationally among point guard prospects.
- Averaged 14.5 PPG, 3.2 RPG, 1.8 APG and 1.2 SPG for Sunrise last season… finished as a top 20 scorer in EYBL Scholastic league… shot 46.0% (44-95) from 3FG.
 
#34 - John Fleeman - C / 7-0 / 275 / 1st Year - Kingsville, Mo. (Kingsville HS)
- Signed with the Chattanooga program as a scholastic prospect in the early signing period back in November of 2025.
- Massive anchor in the paint helped lead Kingsville to a Missouri Class 1 District 8 title in 2026… concluded with a fourth-place finish in Class 1 State Tournament and a 25-7 record.
- Named 2026 Class 1 District Player of the Year… averaged more than 25 PPG and 13 RPG while shooting north of 70% from the floor during his senior campaign.
 
Returning Players (6)
#0 - Tate Darner - G / 6-4 / 180 / 2nd Year - Lakeland, Fla.
- Appeared in 30 games while making 18 starts during last year's freshman campaign… averaged 9.9 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 1.7 APG over 27.5 MPG.
- Finished third on the team in 3FGM (53)… the 53 made threes marked a new UTC single-season freshman record… shot 37.9% 3FG (53-140) in total from deep.
- Scored in double figures 12 different times… season-high 18 points in home win over Mercer on February 5… four games with 16 points including SoCon Tournament opener against The Citadel.
- Led the team in total rebounds (133), total defensive rebounds (107) and rebounds per game (4.4)… recorded 1+ rebound in 29 of the 30 games… 20 games with four or more boards.
 
#4 - Zach Bleshoy - G / 6-4 / 200 / 2nd Year (RS-Freshman) - Marietta, Ga.
- Missed entire 2025-26 season while recovering from a knee injury suffered during end of high school career at Pope HS in Georgia.
- Rated as a 3-star prospect (247Sports) and No. 69 ranked shooting guard in the class of 2025… No. 20 ranked prospect in state of Georgia for 2025 (HoopSeen).
 
#7 - Sean Cusano - G/F / 6-9 / 215 / 4th Year - Hilton Head, S.C.
- Returns to Chattanooga for fourth season in 2026-27… has appeared in 44 career games with eight starts thus far in the Scenic City.
- Appeared in first six games in 2025-26 before suffering a season-ending knee injury in late November… played 35 games with four starts during 2024-25's historic NIT title season.
- Averaging 4.5 PPG and 3.5 RPG over 13.8 MPG during Mocs career… has totaled 196 points and 153 rebounds… shooting 45.7% (74-162) FG from the floor.
 
#13 - Houston Holland - G / 6-3 / 195 / 3rd Year - Chattanooga, Tenn.
- Returns to Chattanooga for third season in 2026-27… joined the program as a walk-on in September 2024… local product from Silverdale Baptist Academy.
- Appeared in 30 games while making four starts over the past two seasons… appeared in 25 games and made all four career starts during last year's 2025-26 campaign.
- Finished the 2025-26 season averaging 2.1 PPG and 1.5 RPG while shooting 46.2% (18-39) FG from the floor and an even 50.0% (10-20) 3FG from deep.
- Set career highs in points (12), threes made (4) and minutes (24) during a February home win over SoCon foe Mercer.
 
#20 - Liam Vitters - G/F / 6-5 / 220 / 3rd Year - Arlington, Va.
- Returns to Chattanooga for third season in 2026-27… joined the program as a walk-on in September 2024.
- Missed entire 2025-26 season after suffering a knee injury during the preseason weeks of the campaign.
- Appeared in nine games while averaging 1.2 MPG during the historic 2024-25 NIT title season… scored in three of the nine appearances and finished the year a perfect 100.0% (2-2) FG.
 
#30 - Josh Bowman - F/C / 6-9 / 225 / 2nd Year - Huntsville, Ala.
- Returns to Chattanooga for second season in 2026-27… signed during early period back in November 2024 as a Huntsville High School product from Huntsville, Ala.
- Appeared in 23 games while making eight starts as a true freshman last season… averaged 3.2 PPG, 2.5 RPG and 1.0 BPG in 12.1 MPG.
- Totaled 74 points, 58 rebounds, 23 blocks and 21 assists for the year… the 23 blocks set a new UTC single-season freshman record… recorded 2+ blocks in nine games.
