2022-23 
- Appeared and started in 20 games during the regular season before suffering injury... returned to play final four games of Southern Conference Tournament... averaged a team-high 32.2 minutes per game.
- Scored 20 or more points in all four games of the Southern Conference Tournament run... finished the tournament averaging 23.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game.
- Set a UTC program record with 92 total points during the Southern Conference Tournament... also set a program tournament record with 31 made FGs.
- Scored 25 points on 9-of-16 shooting from the floor and grabbed eight rebounds against Furman in the SoCon Championship game on March 6... scored 25 points on 7-of-12 shooting against Wofford in the semifinals on March 5.
- Led the SoCon and ranked sixth in NCAA Division I at the time of injury with a 21.8 points per game average... also led the league and ranked 11th in NCAA DI in rebounds per game at 10.2.
- One of just two players in NCAA Division I to averaged 20+ points and 10+ rebounds... Purdue's Zach Edey was the other... only player in NCAA Division I to averaged 20+ points, 10+ rebounds, 3+ assists and 2+ blocks at the time of injury.
- Before time of injury, Stephens became the first player since Tim Duncan (Wake Forest) in the 1996-97 season to average 20+ points, 10+ rebounds, 3+ assists and 2+ blocks.
- Posted double digit points in 23 of the 24 games played... 14 games with 20 or more points... four with 30 or more... season-high 37 points and 15 rebounds against former team VMI on January 7.
- Recorded back-to-back 30+ point, 10+ rebound games with the VMI performance leading the way... followed with 35 points and 10 rebounds in win over Western Carolina on January 11... first ever back-to-back 35/10 games on record at UTC... first player in NCAA DI hoops since 2019 to accomplish feat.
- Posted 12 double-doubles in the 24 games played... recorded 32 points and 20 rebounds in OT loss to Belmont on December 18... first ever 30/20 game in UTC history... first 20/20 game in DI era of UTC basketball (1977-pres.).
- One of just two players in NCAA DI over the last 30-plus years to achieve 1,800 career points, 900 career rebounds, 300 career assists and 200 career blocks... just the 23rd player in the past 25 seasons to notch 1,800 points, 900 rebounds and 200 blocks in a career.
- Named Southern Conference Player of the Week six times during the 2022-23 season... 11 career SoCon POTW awards... second all-time behind Steph Curry (Davidson, 16).

2021-22 (VMI)
- Appeared in and started all 30 games played in... missed two games due to injury... has started all 120 career games for the Keydets.
- Finished second in the SoCon in scoring with a 19.6 points per game average... also second in the league in rebounds per game with a 9.0 average.
- Scored in double digits in 27 of the 30 games played... 17 games with 20 or more points... two games with 30 or more including a career-high 39 points on the road against Samford (2/17/22).
- Led the SoCon and ranked 14th nationally in defensive rebounds per game (7.33)... seven games with 10 or more defensive rebounds alone... 11 games with double digit total rebounds.
- Posted a 20-20 game after scoring 20 points and grabbing 21 rebounds in a road win at The Citadel (1/15/22)... four total games with 15 or more rebounds.
- Led the SoCon and ranked 37th nationally in field goal percentage (55.1%)... 22 of the 30 games featured a 50.0% or better performance from the floor... shot 50.0% or better in 10 of his final 11 games of the season... shot 58.5% in total from the floor, 50.0% from three and 66.7% from inside the arc during that span... averaged 16.8 points and 6.3 rebounds also during that stretch.
- Finished the season shooting an efficient 49.0% from beyond the arc... hit two or more threes in 24 of the the 30 games played... went a combined 8-16 (50.0%) from deep in the two postseason games (SoCon QF and CBI First Round).
- One of nine players in NCAA Division I basketball during the 2021-22 season to score a 90 grade or better (90.24) according to 32 Analytics.

2020-21 (VMI)
- Voted to All-SoCon second team by the media… averaged 14.9 points which was second on the team and led the Keydets in rebounding (7.8).
- Ranked 12
th in the SoCon in scoring and third in rebounding... posted five double-doubles in 2020-21 including a career-high 33 points and 11 rebounds in win over The Citadel (1/16/21)
- Scored in double figures in 20 games including 14 straight toward the end of the season when he averaged 18.4 points over that stretch... five games of 20+ points.
- Led the team in blocks with 41 which ranked third in blocks per game (1.6).
- Shot 81.2% from the line (4th
 best in SoCon) including 12 of 14 against Samford (2/13/21)... 10 of 11 at Gardner-Webb (12/18/20)... and sank a perfect 10 of 10 at George Mason (12/21/21).
- Shot 31.5% from 3-point range and knocked in a season-high four 3-pointers against Chattanooga (1/2/21).


2019-20 (VMI)
- Played in 33 games with 27 starts... averaged 7.1 points and was third on the team in rebounds with 4.6 per game.
- Led the team in blocks with 34 which ranked seventh in the
SoCon and almost doubled his output of 19 from the previous year.
- Tallied in double figures 11 times including a career-high 24 points in the
SoCon tournament against Samford where he connected on a career-high six-of-seven three-point shots.
- First career double-double against The Citadel when he had 18 points and career-high 11 rebounds... also had 10 rebounds against Presbyterian College Nov. 11.
- Blocked four shots in three games (USC Upstate, Western Carolina, and
Samford)... dished out a career-high six assists against Samford Feb. 29.

2018-19 (VMI)
- Played in all 32 games averaging 18.4 minutes per game.., scored in double figures in nine of first 24 games.
- Averaged 10.7 points and 4.7 rebounds over a seven-game January stretch... had nine double figures scoring games total on the year.
- Made first career start vs.
Wofford Jan. 12 and started the last 16 games of the season... led team in blocks with 19... scored 12 points with three made 3FG vs. Chattanooga (2/7/19)
- Led VMI in scoring vs. Furman (1/10/19) with 15 points... added 15 points vs.
Samford (2/9/19)... tossed in three 3-pointers and scored 11 points at Samford (12/29/18)
- Scored career-high 20 points and drained all four 3-point attempts in win over USC Upstate (11/14/18)... hit 6 of 7 overall against the Spartans... scored 14 points on five of 10 shooting from the floor and hit all four free throws against
Goucher (11/11/18)... scored seven points and grabbed seven rebounds in 14 minutes in college debut vs. Washington College (11/6/18). 

HIGH SCHOOL
- Played at Musselman High School in West Virginia.
- Named 2017 1st Team All-Conference (Eastern Panhandle Athletic Conference), 2017 All Area and 2017 Third Team All State.
- As a junior, he averaged 13.2 PPG, 10.4 RPG, shot 36% beyond the 3-point arc, and 77% from the free throw line.
- Member of the National Honor Society.
