Adam Ross

Adam Ross spent the 2016 season at UTC as the offensive line coach on Russ Huesman's staff.

Ross coached Corey Levin and Jacob Revis to All-American honors in 2016.  He spent the previous two years as the offensive line coach at West Alabama.

UWA led the Gulf South Conference in rushing in 2014, averaging nearly 230 yards per game, and was in the top 16 in the nation in fewest sacks allowed each of the last two years.  He also guided Kennedy Estelle to NCAA Division II All-American honors last season.

Prior to his stint at UWA, Ross spent 11 years at Jacksonville State.  There he coached the offensive line, tight ends and special teams, while also serving as the program's recruiting coordinator. He began his career as a graduate assistant at JSU in 2002.  With Ross on the staff, the Gamecocks won three Ohio Valley Conference titles.

After walking on as a player at Jacksonville State, Ross went on to earn a scholarship and start three seasons at center for the Gamecocks. He anchored an offensive line that led the Southland Conference in rushing in both 2000 and 2001. He was a two-time selection to the Southland Conference All-Academic Team.

Ross earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Jacksonville State, graduating with honors. His undergraduate degree is in Collaborative Special Education and his Master's is in Educational Administration.
