Carter Crutchfield is in his third season as the Director of Operations for Mocs Football.  He came to UTC in August of 2013 in the newly created position that provides administrative support to the football program. 

Crutchfield is a 2013 graduate of Tennessee Tech with a degree in Marketing.  He was also a receiver and four-year letter winner for the Golden Eagles football program.  He helped TTU to the 2011 Ohio Valley Championship and an appearance in the FCS Playoffs. 

He spent the summer of 2012 working as a recruiting intern with the Tennessee football program.  He also completed an athletics marketing internship during his senior year at Tennessee Tech. 

A native of Dalton, Ga., Crutchfield was all-state defensive back for Dalton High School.
