Mathew James is entering his fifth season with the program.  He spent his first year assisting the video coordinator and is now in defensive quality control, working with the defensive line.  The program boasts All-American Isaiah Mack as well as All-SoCon performers Derek Mahaffey and Devonnsha Maxwell (Fr.) during his tenure.

James is a graduate of Station Camp High School in Gallatin, Tenn. There he lettered four years in football. He's is the son of Deborah and the late Spencer James and is majoring in Sports Management.
