Entire Weekend of Softball Washed Out in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. --- Persistent rains, cold temperatures and no signs of relief from the weather in the Greensboro, N.C. area, have forced the entire three-game softball series between Chattanooga and UNC Greensboro to be cancelled.

The Lady Mocs (11-11/3-0 SoCon) entered the weekend on a season-long, six-game winning streak, but will have to wait a few more days to step back onto the diamond.

The team will return to play on Wednesday, Mar. 18 for a single game against Belmont. First pitch is slated for 5 p.m. from Jim Frost Stadium.
