Friday Night Softball Game Canceled Due to Severe Weather

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- With thunderstorms in the Chattanooga area, including the threat of severe weather, Friday night's softball game between the Lady Mocs and Appalachian State has been canceled.

The game will not be made up and the two teams will begin its series on Saturday with a doubleheader. First pitch is scheduled for Noon from Jim Frost Stadium.

Live stats and streaming video of the games will be available at GoMocs.com.

For Saturday's doubleheader, players will don pink shoelaces to help promote breast cancer awareness. Any fans that wear pink will be admitted into the game for free.
