CHATTANOOGA,
Tenn. – A weather system going through the Scenic City has cancelled Saturday's
game against Appalachian State at Frost Stadium. The Lady Mocs will now play a
doubleheader on Sunday against the Mountaineers with a new start time of Noon.

This is the
third time this season that Chattanooga has had games cancelled due to weather.
The Lady Mocs saw rain at the second day of the Bulldog Invitational.
Chattanooga then traveled to Cookeville, Tenn., on March 8 to play Tennessee
Tech and played the top of the first before the rain came.
Appalachian
State and Chattanooga have met 33 times on the softball field with the Lady
Mocs holding a 27-6 advantage. Chattanooga has won the past seven series with
meetings dating back to 2001.
