Chris Harr Signs With the Kansas City Chiefs

| By:

Former University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football student-athlete Chris Harr has signed a free agent contract with the Kansas City Chiefs.  Harr finished his career at UTC in 2010 and was a three-year starter on the offensive line.

A Chattanooga native, Harr came to the Mocs in 2007 as a tight end out of the Scenic City's Notre Dame High School.  He switched over to the offensive line, eventually settling in at left tackle while earning playing time as a true freshman.

Harr went on to start the final 34 games of his career, establishing himself as one of the top lineman in the Southern Conference.  He was a two-time All-SoCon pick, making the first team his senior year.

Harr joins former Mocs Eldra Buckley (Philadelphia), Buster Skrine (Cleveland) and unrestricted free agent Terrell Owens (Cincinnati) who are currently on an NFL roster.
