• Chattanooga is 3-11-2 on the year with two ties and eight games decided by one goal.
• The Mocs have gone to overtime five times this season (four consecutive) and sport a 1-2-2 record.
• The Mocs won their first SoCon match since 2012 with a 2-1 win over The Citadel
• UTC won its 2-1 match against UAB on the very last second of double-overtime.

McKenzie Gregg leads the team with nine points on three goals and three assists.
• Skylar is second on the team in scoring with eight points on three goals and two assists.

Molli Miller has started the last four games for UTC and five overall. She has 29 saves for a .744 saves percentage and has a 1.97 goals against average.
• UTC is averaging 1.00 goals per game and 11.9 shots per game.
Scouting the Catamounts
• Western Carolina is 6-7-3 on the year and 2-4-1 in league play. WCU'S two SoCon wins were over VMI and The Citadel.
• The Cats last two matches were both overtime with a double-overtime tie with Wofford and an overtime loss to Furman on the road.
• WCU has 23 goals on the year and allowed just 16 and average 14.6 shots per game.
• Kasey Cooke has a team-high 13 points on five goals and three assists. Kelly Pannell has four goals and four assists for 12 points. Sayres McKenna has a team-high six assists and is third on the team in scoring with eight points.
 Series History
• The Catamounts lead the series 3-10-3 since 1999.
• The Mocs won back-to-back matches in 2003 and 2004 and had a three-year unbeaten streak from 2009-2011 with one win and two ties.

Hogan Named Southern Conference Player of the Week
For her efforts in the Mocs unbeaten weekend, junior
Samantha Hogan was named the women's soccer Player of the Week by the Southern Conference for the week Sept. 14-20. She scored the game-tying goal against UAB late in the match and followed it up with an assist on the game winner in the final second of double overtime for the Mocs second win of the year. She then helped the Mocs to a draw at Tennessee Tech two days later.
Streak Snapped
Chattanooga snapped a 21-game Southern Conference losing streak with a 2-2 tie against Wofford on September 25 at home. UTC's last SoCon win was a 3-2 win over The Citadel on October 14 on the road.
First SoCon Win
Chattanooga's SoCon win streak was interrupted with a 2-2 tie with Wofford at home on Sept. 25 and completely broken with a 2-1 win over The Citadel on Oct. 6 in Greenville, S.C.
On to Overtime
The Mocs have taken five games to overtime this season with a record of 1-2-2. That marks just the fourth time in the team's 20-year history that the Mocs have gone to overtime at least four times. In 2011, UTC went to OT six times with a record of 1-3-2.
Mocs Nab Thrilling Double-Overtime Victory
Samantha Hogan scored the game-tying goal in the 83rd minute against UAB and then assisted on the game winner in the final second of double overtime for its second win of the year.
Latham Ranks Among SoCon's Top Current Players
Senior
Clare Latham has 12 career assists and that ranks her fourth in the Southern Conference among active players. She tallied a team-high seven last season.
Thomas Ranks in Two Categories for Active Players in the Southern Conference
Senior
Lauren Thomas missed all of last year and still ranks among the top players in the Southern Conference. She is third for saves with 153 and is tied for fifth for shutouts with three.
Emig Ranked in SoCon Standings
Junior
Katie Emig has a 0.94 goals against average for the Mocs through two games, giving up just one goal in each contest. She is sixth in GAA and saves percentage (.800) while ranking seventh for saves with eight and fifth for saves per game with 4.0.
Hogan In On All The Action
Junior
Samantha Hogan assisted on all four of Chattanooga's goals in the Mocs' 4-2 win over UAH in a friendly on Sunday, Aug. 16. She nearly had a goal of her own after getting past the UAH keeper, but the Charger defense was able to keep the ball out of the net.

Skylar BrewerÂ
Skylar has played in all 67 games for Chattanooga over the last four years and has 38 starts. She has five goals in her career and currently leads the team in scoring. In her freshman year she recorded two goals in the Mocs win over Tennessee Temple and assisted on a third.

Skylar has been named to the Dean's List and Athletics Director's Honor Roll every semester. She has earned a spot on the Southern Conference Honor Roll each year and is a three-time recipient of the Southern Conference Commissioner's Medal for Academics.

Sarah GhaleÂ
Sarah has 30 starts in 49 games for the Mocs at the defender position. Her two shots came last season against The Citadel and VMI with her shot against the Bulldogs on goal.

Sarah has been named to the Dean's List and Athletics Director's Honor Roll every semester. She has earned a spot on the Southern Conference Honor Roll twice and is a two-time recipient of the Southern Conference Commissioner's Medal for Academics.

Logan HigginsÂ
Logan has 25 starts in her 56 games with Chattanooga over her four-year career. On just seven shots, she has two goals and three assists. She scored a goal last season against Gardner-Webb while assisting on a goal in the Mocs win over Tennessee Temple. She helped the Mocs to a 2-2 tie against Lipscomb as a freshman and assisted on goals in wins over the Crusaders and South Carolina State.

Logan earned a spot on Chattanooga Athletics Director's Honor Roll last spring.

Clare LathamÂ
Clare led the Mocs last season with seven assists that ranked fourth in a single season for the Mocs. Her 12 career assists rank sixth all-time at UTC. She has seen action all 67 games over her four years at Chattanooga and has made 53 starts. Her game-winning goal last week against The Citadel was the ninth goal of her career and in her sophomore year, she was second on the team in scoring with 14 points.

Loryn QueenÂ
Loryn has 34 starts in 59 games with the Mocs. She scored three points in the Mocs win over Tennessee Temple in her freshman year and assisted on two goals in Chattanooga's win over The Citadel that year. In her sophomore year, she started all 18 games and had the game-winning goal against South Carolina State.

Loryn is a two-time recipient of the Southern Conference Commissioner's Medal and a Southern Conference Honor Roll selection. She has been named to the UTC Dean's List and Athletics Director's Honor Roll each year.

Lauren ThomasÂ
Lauren earned a spot in goal starting all 15 games in which she played her freshman year. Last season was cut short by injury in the season-opener. She ranks ninth for saves in a single season with 112 as a freshman and recorded two shutouts that year. Lauren ranks fifth all-time at UTC for saves and is in the Top 10 for goals against average, wins and shutouts. She is tied for fourth for saves in a single game with 19 against Furman in her rookie year.

Lauren is a two-time recipient of the Southern Conference Commissioner's Medal and a two-time member of the Southern Conference Honor Roll. She has been named to UTC's Dean's List and Athletics Director's Honor Roll each year.

Alanna WarrickÂ
Alanna has played in 38 games for UTC while making six starts in 18 games last season at the defender position. She took one shot last year against Wofford.

Alanna is a two-time member of the UTC Dean's List while earning a spot on the Athletics Director's Honor Roll three times. She earned a selection to the Southern Conference Honor Roll.

Hannah WyattÂ
Hannah has seen action in 37 games over three years and has 35 starts, missing just two this year. In her eighth game of her sophomore year, she suffered an injury that kept her out the remainder of that year and all of the next. She was second on the team in scoring at the time of her injury with two goals and a team-high three assists. As a freshman she led UTC in assists and ranked fifth in the Southern Conference and was second on the team in scoring.
