MACON, Ga. -- The Chattanooga Mocs volleyball team scored its second conference win in as many days by defeating Mercer 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-17) in Macon, Ga., on Saturday afternoon.

With the win, the Mocs improve to 9-7 overall and 2-1 in the Southern Conference. The loss drops Mercer to 10-6 on the year and 2-2 in the conference.
"I'm so proud of this team and the response and toughness they played with this weekend, especially today," said coach
Travis Filar after the match. "It was an extremely quick turnaround getting on the road early this morning after a big win last night to play Mercer who has been playing really well.
"Winning in three sets says a lot about this team and their continued growth."
