The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's tennis team put a pair of doubles tandems in the finals at the Louisville Fall Invitational today. The Mocs will compete for win in two separate draws in Sunday's finals in Louisville, Ky.
Sophomore
Kaisei Kuroki and freshman
Tomas Rodriguez are in the B Doubles flight championship match after scoring a 6-2 win over Lipscomb's Jorge Ortegon and Francesco Tacconi. The UTC duo faces Ball State's Chris Adams and Conner Anderson in tomorrow's finals.
Senior
Paul LaHue and freshman
Bo Nash scored a 6-2 win over Austin Peay's Chad Woodham and Hunter Sanders to move into the D Doubles finals. They will also face a team from Ball State in Khamasi Muhiga and Alec Robillard on Sunday.
Kuroki scored the lone singles win on Saturday, defeating Austin Peay's Hunter Sanders (7-5, 7-6) in the Red Draw. Rodriguez battled in the A Singles semifinals, but fell to Louisville's 36th-ranked Christopher Kougoucheff (6-3, 6-3).
