The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's tennis team wrapped up main draw action at the 2019 Saint Francis Health System/ITA Men's All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla., today.
Senior
Niklas Gerdes lost in the qualifying draw, while both of the Mocs doulbles teams also fell.
Gerdes dropped a (6-1, 6-2) match to Duke's fifth seeded Nick Stachowiak to end his solid run in singles action.
Gerdes and sophomore
Tomas Rodriguez were added to the doubles draw as alternates. They lost to Arizona's Filip Malbasic and Jonas Ziverts (6-4, 6-3).Â

Simon Bustamante and sophomore
Kerim Hyatt were also late additions as alternates to the doubles pre-qualifying draw. They fell to Western Michigan's fifth-seeded Kennosuke Nouchi and Jannik Opitz (7-5, 6-1).
Gerdes has one more consolation match on Tuesday to close out UTC's participation in the event.Â
