TEAM
- Chattanooga claimed the travel bracket of the 2019 Emerald Coast Classic with a 63-60 win over Jacksonville State Saturday afternoon…5-3 for the Mocs, 2-4 for the Gamecocks.
- Five wins in November for just the third time in program history (2015 & 2016).
- 37th in-season tournament title…first since 2015 Emerald Coast Classic…completed that tourney with wins over Alabama State and Jacksonville State as well.
- Trailed 23-14 with 7:05 remaining in first half…held JSU without a field goal for the next 8:56 to take the halftime lead as the stretch lasted an extra 1:51 after the break.
- 3-1 now when leading at the half.
- 4-0 when leading with 5:00 to play…led by eight, 51-43, at that mark reaching nine, 55-46, on a Stefan Kenić layup with 3:46 to go…JSU scored the next nine points to level it at 55-all with 35 seconds on the clock…Mocs went 8-5 over that crucial timeframe.
- Entered the contest 1-3 on the year, 5-32 in the Lamont Paris era, when scoring less than 70 points…now 2-3, 6-32.
- -7 rebound margin with a season-low 27…JSU stayed in the game with a 15-4 advantage in second chance points converting 10 offensive rebounds.
- 10 threes today ties season high…also had 10 at Troy and at Florida State…30-76 (39.5%) in those contests.
- Shot 46.4 percent (51-110) overall and 34.0 percent (16-47) from 3pt range for the tournament…came in shooting 39.5 percent from the field and 33.6 percent from three.

- Team-high 18 points…6-11 FG, 4-7 from 3pt range.
- 7th double-digit game in eight outings this season…21st of his career.
- Tied season high for 3pt made…also had four in wins at Troy and over South Alabama…fifth time with three or more.
 
Jonathan Scott, Sr.-G/F
- 15 points in 20 minutes off the bench…4-7 from the field all coming from behind the arc…3-4 FT.
- Season high for 3pt made…third game of the campaign making multiple treys…two each at Troy and at No. 17 Tennessee.
