GREENSBORO, N.C. --- The Chattanooga Mocs volleyball team started with an opening-set victory, but couldn't keep momentum during a 3-1 (18-25, 27-25, 25-22, 25-13) loss on the road at UNCG on Saturday night inside Fleming Gymnasium.

Following the loss, Chattanooga falls to 5-22 overall and 0-14 in Southern Conference play. UNCG improves its overall mark to 10-18 and league record to 4-10 after the win.

Megan Kaufman extended her active streak of 15+ digs in a match to 10 following a match-high 21 dig performance… 42 total digs over the last eight sets… has played in all 103 sets and 27 matches this season… just two matches (both three sets) finishing in single digits in the dig category.

Maddie Halsey dished out 35 assists in Saturday's match… combined 90 assists on the weekend in eight sets played… surpassed 850 assists this season… added six digs tonight to push over 200 for the season.

UP NEXT
Chattanooga (5-22, 0-14Â SoCon) finishes out regular season play next weekend inside Maclellan Gymnasium on Friday and Saturday against Wofford and The Citadel, respectively. The 2019 Southern Conference tournament will take place the following week with seeds to be determined next Saturday.
