Mocs Help Host Tim Tebow's Night to Shine Event

Nearly 100 student-athletes from UTC helped organizers put on local event.

On Friday, Feb. 8, nearly 100 student-athletes from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga took part in the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine event at the John A. Patton Recreation Center in Lookout Valley.

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God's love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. Churches from around the world came together to host Night to Shine for approximately 90,000 honored guests through the support of 175,000 volunteers!

Wauhatchie United Methodist Church sponsored the Night to Shine Prom this year in cooperation with the Tim Tebow Foundation!

The Chattanooga Times Free Press sports columnist Mark Wiedmer wrote about the event earlier in the week, and you can check back to GoMocs.com for the MocsVision video recap.

More information on the Night to Shine is available on the Tim Tebow Foundation Website.
