CHATTANOOGA – The first-ever Chattanooga softball 'Blue-Gold World Series' slated to begin tomorrow, October 6, will be rearranged and pushed back to later-selected dates this month, the program announced today.
"The health and safety of our student-athletes is, and will always be, our main priority," head coach
Frank Reed said.
"As ecstatic as we were to get the series and competition started tomorrow, we remain just as excited to further plan and prepare to make this unique format a success."
Select games of the series will still be streamed LIVE through the Watch ESPN and ESPN App platforms. Live stats and in-game coverage will also be available for the entirety of the series.
Dates for the re-scheduled series will be made available when confirmed. Rosters for the each of the Blue and Gold teams will be announced on various social media channels leading up to the start of the series.
