NASHVILLE, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis program wrapped up play at the Belmont Invite against the tournament hosts on Sunday afternoon in Nashville, Tennessee, and saw junior
Bo Nash earn a quality singles victory.
"It was a nice win for
Bo Nash today," said head coach
Chuck Merzbacher. "He has worked very hard all summer and this fall."
Nash picked up a hard-fought 7-6, 1-6, 10-7 decision over Belmont senior Grant Kelly. It was the lone win on the day for the Mocs.
"We really got some well needed matches for our guys that played this event. I'm seeing them develop quite a bit this fall already. We had some chances in many matches and this experience will prove beneficial, no doubt."
