- The Chattanooga Mocs lost their first of the 2021-22 season 68-66 against College of Charleston on Saturday afternoon inside McKenzie Arena…Mocs are now 5-1, while the Cougars move to 4-2.
- 1,364-1,108 in season No. 103…45th campaign as a DI program with an 818-539 ledger.
- 5-1 for the 17th time in school history…joined the 1930 and 1987-88 squads in losing game six after 5-0 starts.
- Snaps 17 straight non-conference wins…also 16-game home non-conference win streak.
- 53-48 all-time on Game 6 of the campaign.
- 12-7 all-time on Nov. 27…6-2 at home…last loss on this date was 76-74 in overtime to Gardner-Webb in the Roundhouse on this date in 2011.

• During CofC's 15 seasons in the SoCon, the Cougars won six division titles and one SoCon Tournament in 1999, their first season in the league. The Mocs claimed five division crowns and two SoCon Tourneys with subsequent trips to the NCAA Tournament over that span.

- Silvio DeSousa had a career-high 21 points…tied his career best in blocks with three…has five of the Mocs 11 blocks on the season…added six rebounds…7-8 shooting from the field and free throw line.
- 18 points and season-high seven rebounds for David Jean-Baptiste…6-12 from the floor making four of eight from long range…now has 216 treys made which is second all-time at Chattanooga behind Stephen McDowell's (2008-09) 243…1,370 points is just 15 shy of the top 10 behind Kevin Gray (1973-76).
- Darius Banks recorded 11 points, six boards and two steals…4-8 shooting included 2-3 effort from three…team-high +7.
- A.J. Caldwell and Grant Ledford registered their first blocked shots of the season.
