Greeneville, Tenn.– Chattanooga's beach volleyball team completed the first weekend of the 2022 campaign with a 4-1 victory over Carson Newman on Saturday morning.

The contest started by the two teams splitting the No. 4 and 5 matches with Victoria Cerino and Madi Morris winning in three sets at No. 4. At the top two spots, the pairs of Baylee Young and Neva Clark along with Gylian Finch and Paige Gallentine put the Mocs up 3-1 with straight-set victories to give UTC its third win of the season.

Bailey Steger and Hanley Lomax on court three closed out the contest with a three-set victory to give UTC a 4-1 victory.
