HATTIESBURG, Miss. --- The Chattanooga Mocs beach volleyball team suffered a season-opening two-match sweep at the Hub City Beach Bash held in Hattiesburg, Miss., on the campus of Southern Miss Saturday afternoon.
 
Chattanooga dropped a 5-0 contest to the tournament host Golden Eagles before falling 4-1 to Southeastern Louisiana in the nightcap. The Mocs start the season 0-2 after the defeats.
 
UTC will look for wins tomorrow against Spring Hill and a TBD opponent based on tournament standings. Times, opponents and everything schedule related can be found on the schedule page on GoMocs.com.
