OPELIKA, Ala.---The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team moved up four spots on the leaderboard on Monday's moving day at the Tiger Invitational presented by Jason Dufner. The Mocs turned in another level-par effort with 288 at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Grand National Lake Course.
 
John Houk and Garrett Engle led the way with 1-under 71s followed by Braedon Wear's 72. Samuel Espinosa contributed 74 to the team tally while Paul Conroy turned in the drop score of 76.
 
Houk is tied for 19th overall with a 2-under 142. That's one better than Conroy and Engle in 21st at 1 under. Wear is next with 150 just ahead of Espinosa's 152.
 
No. 7 Auburn is the team leader at 546. It holds a 19-stroke advantage (567) over Troy in second followed by Southern Miss (570) and the Mocs. There are four tied in first with 7-under 137 totals.
 
The Mocs close the final round in the second wave off No. 1. They're paired with Auburn individuals and Richmond starting with Espinosa at 9:50 a.m., Eastern time. Scoring and pairings are linked above.
