RESULTS | ABOUT CHATTANOOGA GOLF
 
CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team completed play today at the Cullan Brown Collegiate. The 2-day, 54-hole event was hosted by Kentucky at Lexington Country Club.
 
The Mocs competed round two this morning before embarking on a final 18 at 9 a.m. Camden Braidech paced the second round tally with a 1-under 70. Quite a number considering there were just three under par scores with 70 tying for the low round of the event.
 
Nick Etherton carded a second 75 with Braedon Wear and Carson Johnson posting 78s. Ethan Whitaker had the drop score with 80. Dalton Burts' 73 led the individual group as Garrett Engle and Dalton Chuba each turned in 74.
 
The final round proved hardest on the starters. Braidech and Whitaker led the group with 78s. Johnson's 80 was next followed by Wear with 81. Etherton had the drop at 83. Engle was low Moc overall with a 74 as Burts came in at 78 ahead of Chuba's 81.
 
The squad shot 922 for the tourney. Braidech and Engle came in a tie for 13th at 10-over 223. Burts was also top 30 tying for 29th with 227. Etherton and Chuba both shot 233 with Whitaker close by at 234. Wear managed 237, one ahead of Johnson at 238.
 
Kennesaw State won the team event behind co-medalist Claes Borresgaard who finished at 5-over 218 along with North Alabama's Andrew Ferworn. UNA came in second, 14 behind the Owls and one clear of the host Wildcats.
 
Chattanooga is back in action in a week at the Qubein Cup in Greensboro, N.C. High Point hosts the event Oct. 14-15 at Sedgefield Country Club.
