- This marked the 35th all-time meeting between Chattanooga and Mercer.
- The Mocs now lead the series 24-11.
- UTC is 12-3 all-time when hosting the Bears.
- The Mocs have won the last six meetings with Mercer dating back to a Feb. 3, 2022 loss in McKenzie Arena.

- The Mocs held the Bears to just 37 points, marking the fewest points scored by Mercer against Chattanooga in the 35-game series between the two teams.

- The last time the Mocs held a league opponent below 40 came on Feb. 8 last season at Samford (held the Bulldogs to 39).
- It was a wire-to-wire victory for UTC, as the Mocs never trailed and led for a total time of 35:50.
- This marks the second time UTC completed a wire-to-wire win this season. The other came at NC Central back on Nov. 11.
- Mercer was held to shooting just 28.6 percent (16-for-56) from the floor. It's the fourth-lowest field goal percentage for a UTC opponent this season.
- Mercer also failed to make a single three-pointer (0-for-8) in the game.
- The last time the Mocs held an opponent to zero made threes in a game came on Feb. 29 last season against Furman (0-for-10).
- UTC finished with a season-low nine turnovers as a team.
- This marks back-to-back games that the Mocs have recorded a season-low for turnovers (UTC finished with 10 turnovers against Samford on Thursday).
- Mercer finished the game with zero points off the bench.
- The last time a UTC opponent finished with zero bench points came against NC Central last season on Jan. 3, 2024.
- Chattanooga has now started the SoCon season 3-1.
- In three of the last four seasons, the Mocs have now started their conference season with a record of 3-1 or better.

- Checked into her 85th career game (64th as a Moc).
- Marks her 15th appearance of the season.
- Ended her day with three rebounds, two points and an assist.
- This also ties her season-high for assists, as she's now finished with an assist in a total of four games this season.
Masa Buzic, Fr., G
- Checked into her seventh career games with the Mocs.
- Logged rebound, just her third career board.
Sigrun Olafsdottir, Sr., G/F
- Made her 134th career start (all with the Mocs).
- Played in her 137th career game (all with the Mocs).
- Olafsdottir has officially set the program record for most games played in program history (137).
- She suprasses Abbey Cornelius' total of 136 games.
- Olafsdottir is also 15 appearances away from tying David Jean-Baptiste and AJ Caldwell for the most games played by a men's OR women's basketball player in UTC history (152).
- She already holds the program record for most career starts (134 and counting).
- Completed her historic day with eight points and eight rebounds.
- Finished 3-for-4 (75 percent) from the floor including going 2-for-3 (67 percent) from three-point range.
- Has recorded 4+ rebounds in 14 of UTC's 17 games this season.
- Also notched three assists and a steal.

- Finished tied for the team-high in blocks, her first time doing so in her career.
- Has recorded multiple rebounds in a total of 11 games this season, including each of her last nine appearances.

- Logged a modest four points, three rebounds and one assist.
