CHATTANOOGA (November 21, 2025) --- The Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball team returns to McKenzie Arena for the first time in nearly three weeks to kick off a five-game homestand against North Alabama on Saturday afternoon as part of the annual ASUN/SoCon Challenge series. Tip-off is set for 4:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

Tickets can be purchased HERE in advance or by calling/visiting the McKenzie Arena Box Office at (423) 266-MOCS (6627) during business hours of M-F, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (ET). The game is part of a WBB/MBB doubleheader as the Mocs women's program tips off at 2PM against Northern Kentucky.

Chattanooga (2-3) and North Alabama (2-3) will meet in each of their final legs of the ASUN/SoCon Scheduling Alliance this season. The Mocs and Lions will meet for the 25^th time in series history, however, the game will mark the first meeting between the two teams in 55 years with the last occurring on January 2, 1970.

- Chattanooga (2-3) snapped its three-game skid with a 78-66 win at SC State on Wednesday... led for nearly 37 minutes... first victory over DI opponent this season... capped off stretch of four-straight road games.
 
SCOUTING NORTH ALABAMA
- North Alabama (2-3) lost an 81-61 road contest at ACC-member Clemson on Monday night. The Lions trailed 45-22 at the halftime break before outscoring the Tigers 39-36 in the second half on the help of 22 points supplied from its reserve players.
- North Alabama was picked to finish first in the 2025-26 ASUN Preseason Media Poll... second in the media poll.
- North Alabama went 24-11 overall in 2024-25… claimed share of ASUN regular season title with Lipscomb (14-4)… UNA reached ASUN title game before falling to the top-seeded Bisons… UNA fell 71-62 at Bradley in the 2025 NIT First Round… UTC later defeated Bradley in Peroia to punch its ticket to the NIT semifinals.
 
WIN NUMBER 70 FOR EARL
- Head coach Dan Earl earned his 70th victory at Chattanooga after Wednesday's win at SC State. Earl's 68 victories over his first three seasons marked the most for a UTC head coach to begin their tenure over the three-season span. The Mocs have won 19 of their past 24 games dating back to last season.
