CHATTANOOGA (February 17, 2025) – Coming off a successful weekend, the Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team returns to the courts for a Tuesday afternoon non-conference match against in-state opponent Tennessee State at home in Chattanooga.
The match is currently scheduled for a 1 p.m. start outdoors at the UTC Tennis Center, weather permitting. The match may be moved depending on the weather conditions as fans are encouraged to stick to GoMocs.com and the schedule for all updates, if available.

Scouting Chattanooga
Chattanooga (3-5) has won its last three matches including a doubleheader sweep on Saturday against Austin Peay and Coastal Alabama CC – South (counted as an exhibition, not reflected in team record). The Mocs are in the midst of a seven-match homestand and have played to a 4-1 mark over the first five before hosting TSU on Tuesday and Georgia Southern on Saturday.
Scouting Tennessee State
Tennessee State (0-3) enters Tuesday's match looking for its first win of the 2025 spring season after suffering three defeats to SEC powers Arkansas (L, 0-4) and Tennessee (L, 0-7 / L, 0-7) to open its campaign. The Tigers finished 8-19 overall and 4-1 in Ohio Valley Conference/Horizon League play last season.
