CHATTANOOGA (February 7, 2025) – The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team will continue their seven match homestand by hosting non-conference foe Eastern Kentucky on Saturday morning.
Saturday's action will kick off at 10 a.m. and will be held at the UTC Tennis Center on Campus, weather permitting. The alternative match location is at the Strang-Voges Tennis Center on the campus of McCallie School. The Chattanooga Mocs women's tennis match against Eastern Kentucky will follow.

Scouting Chattanooga
Chattanooga notched their first win of the season Friday night when they swept Tennessee Tech. The No. 2 doubles pair of
Ryan Mudre and
Jaxon Lamb and No. 3 duo of
Cortland Grove and
Kristof Kincses earned the Mocs the doubles point before Chattanooga won all six singles matches. The Mocs finished the weekend with a tight 4-3 loss to Gardner-Webb on Sunday.
Scouting Eastern Kentucky
Eastern Kentucky is coming into the weekend off a 6-1 loss to Xavier on Friday. They went 20-10 overall in the 2024 season with a 5-4 record in conference play. Eastern Kentucky is currently 0-5 in away matches, and the Mocs fell to the Colonels 6-1 the last time the two teams met on January 31, 2009.
