- This was the third time that Chattanooga and Alabama A&M have met.. first time they've met in the postseason.
- The Mocs are now 2-1 all-time against the Bulldogs... 2-0 at home.
- This was the first time these two teams have played since Dec. 6, 2008 (UTC won 87-29).
- This marked Chattanooga's 11th WNIT game all-time.
- The Mocs are now 5-6 all-time in WNIT games.
- This marked UTC's first WNIT win since 2005 (UTC defeated Villanova 50-40 in the First Round of that year's tournament).
- This also marked UTC's first home WNIT game since that same game.
- The Mocs are now 3-1 in home WNIT games all-time.
- The last time Chattanooga played in a WNIT was 2018 (Lost to UAB in the First Round).
- The farthest UTC has made it in the WNIT was in 1984, when the Mocs reached the WNIT title game before falling 67-66 to Vanderbilt to finish as the tournament runners-up.
- Chattanooga is still the only SoCon school to ever reach the WNIT title game in the conference's history.
- The Mocs will now play Troy on Tuesday, March 25 in the Second Round of the WNIT on Monday, March 24 in Troy, Alabama.

- Marks her 94th career game played.
- Grabbed one rebound.
Sigrun Olafsdottir, Sr., G/F
- Made her 148th career start (all with the Mocs).
- Played in her 151st career game (all with the Mocs).
- Holds the program record for most games played in program history (151 and counting).
- Also holds the program record for most career starts (148 and counting).
- Olafsdottir is also one appearance away from tying David Jean-Baptiste and AJ Caldwell for the most games played by a men's OR women's basketball player in UTC history (152).
- Tied for the team-high in steals with two her 21st time leading the team in steals this season.
- With her at 204 career steals she is now in sole possession of fifth place on program's all-time steals list.
- Officially logged her 73rd steal of the season.
- She's the first Moc since 2013-14 to record 73+ steals in a single season.
- Brought down seven rebounds for the Mocs, her 24th time recording 4+ boards in a game this season.
- Also tallied four assists, three point and a block in the win.

Gianna Corbitt, Fr., F
