First Thought: "It was a really tough week for us. We were competitively sloppy after not playing in an event for a month. It's going to sound crazy, but we actually did a lot of good things and knocked the rust off. These guys are resilient, so I know they'll be ready to bounce back at conference." – Coach Blaine Woodruff on pivoting into the postseason

What to Know
  • 47th SoCon Championships appearance. Six titles (1987, 2007-09, 2012-13) and two medalists (Donnie Green-1978/Stephan Jaeger-2012).
  • Runner-up the last two seasons. 53 under over that span at Oconee Course with a 25 under performance coming in 2023 and 28 under a year ago.
  • 5th straight year at the Oconee Course. 17 under with a 286.58 scoring average (-1.42 vs par).
  • 4th visit to Oconee for Braedon Wear and third for Garrett Engle. Average scores: Wear (72.33/best finish: T5-2023). Engle (73.0/T11-2023).
  • Wear's SoCon scoring average is 8th all-time in program history while Engle is 12th.
  • Wear needs three par or better cards to tie Jaeger '12 for most in school history at the SoCon with eight.
  • An individual win for Camden Braidech would be his third this year. That would tie Jonathan Hodge '09 (2007-08) and Stephan Jaeger '12 (2009-12) for the school record for wins in a single season.
  • An individual win for Engle, Wear or Ethan Whitaker would be their second of the campaign. It would mark the first time in program history with two or more multiple winners in a season.
  • A team win makes it No. 4 in 2024-25 which would tie the 2007-08 and 2022-23 squads for most wins in a season.
