CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga softball team is set to open its 2026 home schedule with back‑to‑back tournament weekends at Frost Stadium, hosting the annual Chattanooga Challenge (Feb. 13–15) and Frost Classic (Feb. 20–22). Both events bring a deep field of regional and national opponents to the Scenic City as the Mocs begin their early‑season buildup toward Southern Conference play. Chattanooga kicks off its home slate with six games in three days, welcoming Bellarmine, Ohio, Canisius, and Middle Tennessee. The Mocs will play in all three prime time slots throughout the weekend, giving fans multiple chances to see the team in action as they navigate a balanced field of opponents.
 
The following weekend, Chattanooga again takes center stage with five games against Cornell, Gardner‑Webb, and UIC in the Frost Classic. The Frost Classic features repeat matchups with Cornell and Gardner‑Webb, offering the Mocs valuable opportunities to adjust and respond to familiar opponents across multiple days.

The Frost Classic began in 1994, the first season of softball at UTC. The Mocs are 75-47 all-time in the tournament. UTC has recorded 26 shutout victories, is 13-2 in run rule matchups and 6-5 in extra innings.

Single-game tickets are now on sale along with season and home tournament tickets.
 
• Season tickets are the most cost efficient way to experience Mocs Softball. For just $50, you can catch all the action inside Frost Stadium this spring!
• Tickets for the Chattanooga Challenge (Feb. 13-15) and the Frost Classic (Feb. 20-22) can be purchased for the entire weekend of games.
• Single-game tickets are now on sale (Jan. 27). The ticket booth at Frost Stadium opens 60 minutes before the first pitch on game days.
 
Tickets may be purchased online at GoMocs.com or the McKenzie Arena ticket office located at Gate 3. Single-game tickets are also available at the Frost Stadium Ticket Booth one hour prior to first pitch.
