Quotable
"I like the way we competed and fought back over those last 36 holes. We moved from 17th to fifth with just a few holes to play in a tough, competitive field." -
Coach Blaine Woodruff
"We have to get better at our starts. We are too cautious and take too long to feel out an event before we settle in. That's what I am most proud of today. We talked about it last night. Between finishing round two and starting round three this morning, we were about 5 under over those first seven holes. That's a big improvement." -
Woodruff
"We have to play par 5s better. We got smoked there. But there was a 30-hole stretch where we were the best team on the property. We have to put it together and show that for 54 holes." -
