CHATTANOOGA (February 17, 2026) – The Chattanooga Mocs men's tennis team will compete in three non-conference duals over the next four days, all away from home, beginning with a Wednesday afternoon contest at Tennessee held at Barksdale Stadium in Knoxville.
Wednesday's tilt against the Vols is scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. (ET) start time with live scoring available (link below). Chattanooga will then head to Richmond, Ky., for a neutral site dual against Tennessee Tech on Friday (2 p.m. ET) and a true road contest at Eastern Kentucky on Saturday (2 p.m. ET).

About Chattanooga
Chattanooga (1-3) is coming off its first win of the 2026 season on Sunday after posting a quality 6-1 decision over in-state foe Tennessee State at the Strang-Voges Tennis Center. The Mocs have been led in singles by
Julian Franzmann and
Kristof Kincses, who are both 3-1 this spring, and have seen a balanced effort in doubles action.
About Tennessee
Tennessee (5-4) enters Wednesday's match coming off a two-match swing in the state of Michigan, splitting a pair of matches with a win at Michigan State (W, 7-0) on February 6 and a tight defeat at Michigan (L, 3-4) on February 8. The Vols opened the season with a doubleheader sweep over SoCon-rep ETSU and have battled top national competition including No. 1 Wake Forest (L, 1-4) and No. 3 TCU (L, 0-4) in January.
About Tennessee Tech
Tennessee Tech (1-4) is also coming off its first win of the season after most recently claiming a 4-3 decision over Georgia State in Atlanta on February 7. The match snapped a four-match slide to begin the year, a slide that featured four-straight sweeps on the road to high-level competition in Vanderbilt, MTSU, Alabama and Georgia Tech.
About EKU
Eastern Kentucky (6-8) has already competed in 14 matches this spring season, 10 more than Chattanooga, and has put together quality performances during February play. EKU won four-straight matches from February 1 through February 7, defeating the likes of North Dakota (W, 4-2), Bellarmine (W, 4-3), James Madison (W, 4-1) and Xavier (W, 4-3).
