CHATTANOOGA (February 25, 2026) --- Coming off two impressive road wins last week, the Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball team is set to close out regular season action with a pair of key Southern Conference home matchups against UNCG and VMI on Thursday and Saturday, respectively, inside McKenzie Arena.
 
Tip-off against UNCG on Thursday night is set for 7 p.m. (ET) while Saturday's battle against VMI is slated for a 2 p.m. (ET) start. Both games will broadcast on ESPN+ through the WatchESPN and ESPN App platforms.
 
Tickets can be purchased HERE in advance or by calling/visiting the McKenzie Arena Box Office at (423) 266-MOCS (6627) during business hours of M-F, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (ET). Thursday's contest against UNCG will be a GOLD OUT while Saturday's matchup against VMI will be Senior Day.

• Chattanooga (12-17, 6-10 SoCon) earned its second-straight win following another blistering shooting performance during a 93-72 rout at The Citadel on Saturday.
• Chattanooga used a season-high 25-0 scoring run to move an early 4-4 tie into a commanding 29-4 lead... led by 14+ the rest of the way.
• Chattanooga shot 61.1% (33-54) from the field... shot 48.3% (14-29) from 3FG... went 76.5% (13-17) from the FT line (more info below).
 
UNCG SCOUT
• UNCG (12-17, 8-8 SoCon) is coming off back-to-back losses last week, beginning with a 91-77 road loss at Western on Wednesday and ending with an 87-75 home defeat to SoCon regular season champ ETSU on Saturday.
• UNCG has shot the ball extremely efficiently from behind the arc this season... leads the SoCon and ranks 61st in NCAA DI in 3FG% (36.1)... however, Spartans rank ninth in the league in 3FGA per game (23.1).
• UNCG's Justin Neely is a SoCon Player of the Year candidate... leads all of NCAA DI in total rebounds (333) and defensive RPG (8.93)... ranks third nationally in total RPG (11.5)... ranks second in double-doubles (17).
