The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team is in a holding pattern. The 2026 Southern Conference Champions learn their travel plans for the start of the NCAA Championships with the announcement of regionals site selection on Wednesday. The show starts at 2 p.m., on the Golf Channel.

Breakdown
- 5th straight year of NCAA selection. Two – Paul Conroy (2022) & Camden Braidech (2025) – were individual picks while the team was an at large selection in 2023 and 2024.
- In the 10 prior team picks, the committee sent the Mocs to Alpharetta, Ga.; Chattanooga; Stillwater, Okla.; Santee, Calif.; Erie, Colo.; Bowling Green, Ky.; Coumbus, Ohio; Eugene, Ore.; Auburn, Ala.; & Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
- The Mocs advanced in 2009 from Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater. The 2012 move came winning at the Club at Olde Stone in Bowling Green. The squad dueled host Auburn and top-ranked Vanderbilt in 2023.
- Individuals moved on in 1993 (Neil Connolly) and 2014 (Chris Robb). Robb earned All-America status tying for 15th at Prairie Dunes Golf Club in Hutchinson, Kan.
- While the men's team has not competed in Athens, the women saw Emma de Groot earn an individual berth there in 2008 as a freshman in the program's first season of competition.
- Associate AD for Compliance Ken Jones is a member of the NCAA Tournament Committee. He is in his third year and has oversight over the Athens Regionals as well as heading west to La Costa for the finals.
