CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga soccer team plays host to Dalton State Thursday morning at Finley Stadium in a friendly to prepare for the regular season that starts next week. UTC will take on West Georgia on the road Saturday at Noon.

There will be LIMITED concessions available.
Enter through the St. Elmo Gate (South)
 
The Mocs host Dalton State in the first of two preseason exhibition matches. Thursday's match begins at 11:00 a.m. at Finley Stadium. Admission is free and there will be a limited selection in the concession stand. The entrance is through the St. Elmo (South) Gate with seating in the center section.
 
Chattanooga returns SoCon Freshman of the Year Quinn Johnson along with senior Carmya Mastrangelo and juniors Ella Grace Dillard, Sophia Mize and Paige Thomas.
 
The season opener is Thursday, August 12 at Finley Stadium against UT Martin. The Mocs will play eight regular season home matches, hosting the Skyhawks, Austin Peay, Eastern Kentucky, The Citadel, Western Carolina, Samford, UNC Greensboro and East Tennessee State.
 
NCAA RULING ON ELIGIBILITY
As of August 2026, a federal court has granted a class-wide preliminary injunction requiring the NCAA to allow 2021-22 high school graduates (Class of 2022) a fifth year of eligibility for the 2026-27 season if they exhausted their four seasons of eligibility this past spring.
