- Played on special teams and as a reserve at linebacker.
- Recorded seven tackles.
- Forced a fumble on the opening kickoff recovered by Zay Brown in the win over Mercer.

2021 (Redshirt Freshman II)
- Two tackles in four games…mostly played special teams.
- Moved from defensive back to linebacker room.
- Both tackles came in the win at Samford.
- Dean’s List and A.D. Honor Roll…Academic All-SoCon…SoCon Honor Roll.
 
2020-21 (Redshirt Freshman)
- Played in two games...had a tackle against Mercer.
- Dean's List & A.D. Honor Roll…4.0 GPA in the spring.
- SoCon Honor Roll and SoCon Commissioner's Medal.
 
2019 (Freshman)
- Redshirt campaign...member of the scout team.
- Dean's List with a 4.0 GPA in the spring and A.D. Honor Roll...SoCon Honor Roll.
 
Edgewood
- All-State defensive back at the Webb School of Knoxville...played for head coach David Meske.
- 117 tackles and five interceptions as a senior...3-year starter...team captain as a senior.
- Earned Division II AA All-State by the Tennessean...All-Region Defensive Player of the Year.
- Invited to the Toyota East and West All Star Game...co-president of the FCA.
- Suffered a lacerated spleen during his junior year, which held him out for the majority of the season.

- Son of Scott and the late Shannon Boruff...born Oct. 14, 2000.
- Has a twin sister, Raquel, and an older brother Chase...brother played baseball at Carson Newman and then played in the Kansas City Royals organization.
