- Prepped at Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Fla., playing quarterback for coach Mark Whittemore.
- 3-year letter winner helping lead the Bobcats to district championships in 2016 and 2018
- Reached second round of the playoffs in 2016 and 2018 in both seasons…team captain in 2017 and 2018.
- Passed for 4,711 yards and 48 touchdowns during his career at Buchholz.
