chattanooga MOCS

- Grad transfer from Marist where he spent five years
- One year of eligibility remaining
- Signed with Indianapolis Colts after impressive minicamp tryout

2023 (Senior)
- Three starts playing in 12 contests...49 tackles with 10 passes defended leading the team with nine pass breakups.
- Interception was an acrobatic stab in the FCS Playoffs at Furman...also had a tied season-best nine tackles in the contest set first at VMI.
- Tied school record with four pass breakups in the dominant win over ETSU...three came on successive plays.
- Recorded two tackles for loss...one each in wins over The Citadel (-3) and at Mercer (-7).
 
Marist (2018-22)
- All-American Safety at Marist in 2021…1st Team All-PFL in 2021 and 2022.
- 2-year starter for the Red Foxes recording 73 tackles in 2022 with two interceptions and four pass breakups…had a pick six (70 yards) and returned a punt for a score (89 yds).
- Completed 2021 season with interceptions in three straight games.
 
Prior to Chattanooga
- Played defensive back and wide receiver scholastically at Franklin High School in New Jersey.
- First team all-conference as a senior wide receiver and third team as a junior defensive back…third team all-area defensive back as a senior

Personal
- Born Feb. 15, 2000…son of Clayborne Fields, Jr., and Myrna Fields.
- Earned communication degree at Marist.
