2019 • JUNIOR SEASON: Played in all 12 games off the bench, mostly on special teams ... Academic All-SoCon ... made the Dean's List and the A.D. Honor Roll in the fall ... also made the A.D. Honor Roll in the spring ... made the SoCon Honor Roll. 

2018 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in three games off the bench ... made the Dean's List and the A.D. Honor Roll both semesters ... made the SoCon Honor Roll.  

2017 • FRESHMAN SEASON:  Played in two games off the bench before an injury sidelined him for the rest of the season ... made the A.D. Honor Roll in the fall.

2016 • REDSHIRT SEASON:  Sat out the year as a redshirt ... made the Dean's List and the A.D. Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA both semesters ... made the SoCon Honor Roll and earned the SoCon Commissioner's Medal.

PRIOR TO UTC: All-state tight end from Chattanooga’s Boyd-Buchanan High School … played for head coach Grant Reynolds ... three-year starter on offense and defense ... member of the Times Free Press Dynamite Dozen and the Best of Preps team ... led the Buccaneers to an 11-1 mark as a senior ... three-time all-region ... 36 tackles and four sacks to go with 14 catches for 226 yards and 15 TDs as a senior ... 46 career catches for 661 yards and 10 TDs in a run-based offense ... member of the National Honor Society ... graduated in the top 10% of his class ... also lettered in basketball.
