- Helped lead her team to a 22-0 regular-season record and to the state tournament for the first time in seven years during her junior season. Was named first team all-region, all-district, and all-area. The team won district and regionals before losing in the state tournament. 
- In her senior season, she led the team in kills and was second in digs as the team captain and earned Varsity MVP honors. 
- Awarded the 2020 John Moser Award (most athletic female in the school).

- Daughter of Amy and Scott Frigaard
- Has two brothers (Micah & Sam) 
- Amy (mother) played soccer at the University of Mary Washington from 1992-93. 
- Was a member of the National Honor Society for all four years in high school.
- Born December 30, 2002
- Double majoring in sociology and criminal justice 

Fun fact:  She has climbed 13 of the 46 High Peaks in the Adirondack mountain range in New York
