CHATTANOOGA vs. UCONN
Last year was the first meeting between Chattanooga and Connecticut. The Huskies came away with a 79-31 victory over the Mocs at the McKenzie Arena.

CHATTANOOGA
The Mocs are 3-5 overall and have lost three straight for the first time since the 2010-11 season. Chattanooga is averaging just over 58 points and 32 rebounds per game. From the field, the Mocs are shooting 39.1 percent and 28 percent from beyond the arc, averaing 5.9 3-pointers per game. UTC has a 0.5 turnover margin and has 10.8 assists per game. Queen 'Alford leads the team in scoring with 10.9 points per game and has 11 shots made from long range. Jasmine Joyner recorded her second double-double of the year against Maine. She has 10 points and a team-high 9.9 rebounds per game. She holds the Southern Conference record for blocked shots, passing Davidson's Sophia Aleksandravicius (2010-13) for first on the all-time chart. She leads the nation in total blocked shots and is ranked 11th averaging just under 3.4 per game and third for rebounds per game. She is 10 points shy of becoming the 27th member of UTC's 1,000-point club and is tied for 10th all-time at Chattanooga for total rebounds at 725. Freshman Lakelyn Bouldin entered the starting lineup 10 days ago and is now fourth on the team in scoring with 9.1 per game. She has a team-best 12 3-pointers and has scored in double figures in four games including each of the last three.

Chattanooga is led by Hall of Famer Jim Foster in his fourth year on the UTC bench. He has 866 career wins in his 39th year, ranking him eighth all-time. At UTC he is 85-21.

UCONN
The defending national champion Huskies are 4-0 on the year and riding a 79-game win streak. UConn is averaging 81 points per game and outscoring opponents by more than 17. They are shooting 48.3 percent from the field, 44.7 from the 3-point line with 8.5 per game and 78.9 percent from the charity stripe, making 60-of-76 this year. The team averages 39.2 rebounds per game, just 3.8 more than its opponents. UConn has 79 assists through four games, 24 steals and 16 blocked shots.Katie Lou Samuelson leads the Huskies with 21.8 points per game, 16th in the country and 49th for 3-pointers made with 16 (.516) on the year.Napheesa Collier is second on the team with 17 points per game, shooting 57 percent from the field and leads the team with 8.3 rebounds per game. Gabby Williams is shooting 55.6 percent from the field with 12 points per game with 6.8 rebounds and 12 assists.

UConn's head coach, in his 32nd year at the helm. He has 959 wins over that time and got his first collegiate assistant coaching position as Jim Foster's assistant at St. Joe's.
