- 8-under par counting-card performance on par 5s is best since torching Pinehurst No. 1's long holes at -19 in October 12-13, 2015…Cristina Perez (-3), Holly Morgan (-3), Monica San Juan (-2) and Megan Woods (E) all played par or better on the par 5s on the team cards...Maria Pineiro was -2 playing as an individual.

- Maria Pineiro is the first Moc to post a round in the 60s for her first card opening with a 2-under 69 Monday...fourth to start her career with a par or better 18 joining Emma de Groot (70, 2007 Chris Banister Gamecock Classic), Kayla Stewart (71, 2007 Chris Banister Gamecock Classic) and Maria Salinas (71, 2008 Chris Banister Gamecock Classic).
- Pineiro's 69 matched the squad's all-time low in the tournament by Maria Juliana Loza in 2010.
- Holly Morgan made it two-for-two on par or better cards among the freshman class with a 1-under 70 in her second round…closed with E 71 taking the team lead with two in three rounds.
- Morgan's 218 is the best first start by a freshman in school history…second only to Kelly Brotherton's season-opening win at the 2007 Chris Banister Gamecock Classic during the inaugural season among newcomers.
- Woods' 36-hole score of 142 is a new team best in the event…1 stroke better than Emily McLennan's number in 2015.
- Woods now has 12 career par or better rounds with a 1-under 70 in the opening 18.
- Woods' 41 pars are a career high and led the tourney field.
- Cristina Perez tallied her 11th par or better card with today's 71 (E)…led the team with nine birdies
